KOSTA SHAPE is a fitness store specialized and focused on Abs and Core equipment for getting your body in the best shape of your life at any age.

As being in fitness since I was 15 years old my passion for Abs and Core has grown over the years. It motivates me to encourage others to achieve a healthy and strong body look and for me to share my knowledge, fitness equipment and my experience for helping others along there journey to achieve their wanted fitness goals

    

My passion for fitness has inspired me to develop my own brand KOSTA SHAPE which is named after me KOSTA.

All our Abs and Core equipment are the products that I personally use in my everyday Abs and Core workouts whether it will be a workout at home,outdoors or at the gym.
